Supply London

Food sector relevance
Though the primary focus of the project is on how to win public sector contracts, the principles you will learn can equally apply to the commercial sector.
Why might you be interested in public sectors? Because public tenders for supplies and services do get advertised. These are example tenders that are advertised in your sector.

The Mayor’s Thames Festival is a spectacular free outdoor celebration of London and its river. Taking place every September in the public spaces between the London Eye and Tower Bridge, the two-day festival is a vivid mixture of music, dancing, carnival, feasting, river races and street arts. It’s all about bringing people together and encouraging them to take part.

The Festival’s activity is not confined to one weekend, through our outreach programme we engage with around 10,000 young people a year to create work that is showcased over the Thames Festival weekend. The festival and its associated programmes are delivered by the Thames Festival Trust, a not for profit charitable trust.

Festival dates: 11 & 12 September 2010

Trading times: 12 noon to 10pm

Trading locations: Spread across the festival site from the London Eye to Tower Bridge. Trading sites are allocated at the discretion of the Festival Market Team.

Trading sites are allocated on the basis of the information contained within this application form. Please provide as much information as possible (including photos).

If you are accepted to trade at the festival your site will, where appropriate, be allocated to complement the Thames Festival event programme.
