Terms and Conditions

The Food Network is a subscription based shared email list between food related businesses. Members are also able to access our Online Members Directory.

Confirmation of Service

Once payment has been confirmed, within 24 hours our administrator will add your details to the members list and email you to tell you that you can start using the F forum and access the online directory with the appropriate 'user name' and 'password' details.

Cancellation of service

The member has the right to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund within seven working days from receiving the acknowledgement email.

The member must give a ‘notice of cancellation’ either by telephone (020 8864 9052) or via email to

Subscription renewal

The member will be informed by email when the subscription is due for renewal.

The Food Network Protocal

Having agreed when completing the subscription application form the member must comply with The Food Network Protocols. Not Just Food Ltd reserve the right to suspend the service to the member if these protocols are abused. The member will be informed by email and has the right of appeal.

Note that ALL Debit and Credit Card details that you provide to us via this website online payment facility are collected using a 128 bit SSL secured ENCRYPTED server link and thus YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS FULLY PROTECTED DATA.

Once your Credit Card data is used to process your order your CREDIT details are DESTROYED.

We DO NOT sell, trade or otherwise dispose of your personal email or address information to ANY THIRD PARTY. We do however store your email address for use on our PERSONAL CLIENT MAILING LIST.
