The most important of these settings is the tracking subscription settings. If you check the checkbox in here for Job Vacancies for instance, when a food network member or Jane posts a message in this forum you will receive email notification of that post. Please ensure that if you wish to subscribe to a post that you expand the forum fully by clicking on the + next to the name of the forum in Tracking Subscriptions.
