British Food Fortnight 18th September to 3rd October 2010

British Food Fortnight is an opportunity to promote any quality food and drink made in Britain and is a great chance to highlight the diverse and rich cuisines which we enjoy in Britain today.... and its not all bangers and mash!!

Businesses that take part regularly in British Food Fortnight notice significant sustained uplifts in their sales as a result of participation.

In 2012 British Food Fortnight will run concurrently with the Olympic Games so we think you should get involved in 2010 and have your approach perfected by the Olympic year to ensure you maximise the opportunities available to your business.

Whether you are a caterer, retailer or producer of food you can get involved and businesses that participate each year report significant increases in their sales as a result.

If you would like to get involved but are not sure what the next step is come along to our British Food Fortnight Workshop on Thursday 13th May and we will help you:

  • Decide what products are the best for this promotion
  • Help you create a 'story' that will engage your clients
  • let you hear it for yourself from retailers and manufacturers about how BFF has helped their business
  • Build your plan for British Food Fortnight....who you are going to work with, will you need supporting materials etc
  • Plan your PR so you get maximum effect before, during and after British Food Fortnight

We will bring in the experts to help you do this and there will be an opportunity to hear from people who have had great success from British Food Fortnight.
