A number of challenges are facing the food system
- rising population
- diminishing natural resources
Alongside these,
diet-related ill health continues to put a burden on the economy and
society.
DEFRA wants to hear from people in the UK about how they feel about the
challenges and other issues affecting the food system and the shape of the future food system.
Food
2030 looks both at the food we produce and consume in the UK, and how
